Last night was the Middle School back-to-school night. We met the teachers and toured the classrooms. At the back of Jack's "lifeskills" classroom was a board with personal info about all the kids. One of the questions was "What's your life's ambition?" I'm reading past all the answers--doctors, professional athletes, dancers, writers, etc.--and I find Jack's answer:

"Staying out of jail."
