Wow! Look at those potatoes. We grew them. I'm totally excited, because the only thing I've ever been able to grow is herbs, and only the hardy ones like rosemary, mint, and sage. This year we've got a vegetable garden with all kinds of things growing in it, including cilantro, which has always eluded me. We're even growing a water lily, as you can see, in our pond. The boys take turns watering the garden and Grace is my little harvester. She loves to pick stuff: "OHMYGOSH! LOOK AT THIS CUTE BABY POTATO! OHMYGOSH! LOOK AT THIS CUTE BABY CARROT! OHMYGOSH! LOOK AT THIS CUTE BABY RADISH!" Olivia has no interest in gardening, she just pedals around the sports court on her trike in her rainboots. She does eat the stuff, though. Grace will only eat the cute stuff. We're so country now. We might need to get some chickens and overalls.
