Today we went to a lagoon on the north end of the island. The boys both agreed that the slide in the background was the funnest they'd been on, but the saltwater in the mouth made it yucky.
Saltwater didn't seem to bother these bathing beauties.
A Dr. Pepper icee-pop makes one thoughtful.
Words elude me for this caption.
After we spent a few hours playing in the lagoon, I took Henry through the adjoining RV park. The reason I did this is that every day, Henry spends a lot of energy and effort trying to convince Mitch and me that we NEED an RV. He'll probably die if we don't buy one. He goes on the internet and browses layout options and he knows about all the different classes (I didn't even know there were different classes, but there you go). We're not RV 'people'. Anyway, this RV park was about the worst I'd ever seen. Right next to the highway, and about 10 feet between each RV. Sardine city. No trees, either. "So, Henry, lots of times, this is what it looks like when you take an RV on vacation." Henry was pretty quiet the rest of the way home. When Mitch pulled up to the house, Henry ran out and said, "Dad, I don't want an RV anymore! Can we get a speedboat?"
