This virus that's been keeping us down came back to our door this week, so it could kick Mitch and I in the ass. Oh, and Jack? Here's a kick in the ass for you, too, since you have WASLs at school this week. Now, did I get everybody at least once? Good.
Mitch would like everyone to know that there is a silver lining to all this snot and fever. It took my voice! Croak.
Also, we're expecting snow tonight, because I packed away all our warm coats for the summer (and when I say, 'packed away', I mean 'shoved in the back of the closet with my foot'). Oh, and I spent two weeks carefully setting out tender flower seedlings and planting my vegetable garden, so, yay. Snow.
Update: "Mrs. Henrysmom? This is Joyce, from the elementary school. Henry is here in the sick room with a fever."
