I guess this means that they are officially not little girls anymore (they don't make emoticons sad enough to put in this spot). We took them to the Great Wolf Lodge instead of having a party for their birthday. We all had fun, and I was able to keep the house clean for showings. We came back early and accepted a full price offer on our house. It wasn't a full price offer initially, but since we're not ready to sell, we said full price or nothing, and they agreed! So, we don't have anywhere to live. Minor detail.
Olivia is a speed demon on the field and a really good defender.
It has been very hard having Mitch working down in Seattle and commuting, or spending the night down there. This is Grace's sad face when she found out he missed the ferry and wouldn't make it to her game. Like a knife to the heart. He made sure to make it back for their final game and awards ceremony last night, although he was the only person there (perhaps on the whole island?) wearing a suit.
